Hardwood Flooring

Solid hardwood installation in strip and plank formats. We install site-finished and pre-finished hardwood, with proper acclimatization and subfloor prep before every install.

Engineered Hardwood

Engineered hardwood flooring installed floating or glued down. A stable, high-quality option suited to the climate and conditions common in Metro Vancouver homes.

Laminate Flooring

Laminate flooring installed over underlay with consistent layout and tight locking joints. Clean, durable, and finished with proper transitions and matching trim.

Subfloor Preparation

We assess and prepare the subfloor before any installation. This includes leveling, fastening squeaky areas, and installing underlayment appropriate to the flooring type.

Stair Nosing & Transitions

Stair nosing, reducer strips, T-moldings, and threshold transitions installed cleanly between rooms and at doorways. The small details that make a floor look professionally finished.

Multi-Room & Full Home

We measure the space, assess the subfloor condition, and confirm the flooring product and layout direction before work begins.

Subfloor Prep

We prepare the subfloor properly. This step determines how well the floor performs and how long it lasts. We do not skip it.

Installation

We install the flooring with consistent layout, tight joints, and proper expansion gaps. Every room is checked for levelness as we go.

Trim & Transitions

Stair nosings, reducers, and threshold transitions are installed last to finish the job cleanly. We leave the site clean and the work complete.
