02Mobilization

Permits, Procurement & Site Set-Up

Permits filed, long-lead items locked, site safety and access protocols established. We coordinate directly with landlords, building engineers, and adjacent tenants.

03Construction

Build & Reporting

Weekly owner reports, look-ahead schedules, RFI logs, and clean job sites. We push the schedule without compromising the build.

04Closeout

Turnover & Warranty

Punch-list discipline, full O&M packages, as-builts, and a one-year warranty period managed by the same project lead who built the job.
