Customline Homes is a full-service builder delivering ground-up residences from concept to keys. We collaborate with architects, designers, and craftspeople to translate the way a family lives into rooms, materials, and details that will hold up for generations.

Our Process

Building a custom home takes 18 to 30 months on average. Our process is structured to give you clarity at every stage — what's being decided, what's being built, and what's coming next.

01Discovery

Listening & Site Walk

We begin with a conversation — your routines, references, the way you want to feel walking through the front door. From there, we walk the land together to understand orientation, views, terrain, and the constraints that will shape the project.

02Pre-Construction

Design & Budget Alignment

Working alongside your architect (or one we recommend), we develop a constructible design and a transparent budget. Materials, finishes, fixtures, and major systems are decided before we break ground.

03Construction

Build & Craftsmanship

Our in-house team and long-standing trade partners execute the build with weekly site walks, monthly financial reporting, and a single project lead who owns every decision from foundation to final punch.

04Closeout

Handover & Stewardship

We don't disappear at the closing walkthrough. Every Customline home is delivered with a homeowner manual, a one-year warranty, and an ongoing relationship for the seasonal care a custom home deserves.

Every house is born of its site. Orientation, drainage, light, mature trees, and prevailing weather drive the plan before the plan drives the house.

Stone reads as stone, timber as timber. We avoid finishes that pretend to be something else and favor materials that age into the home rather than out of it.
